Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Tesseræ is confident that you will be completely satisfied with your Tesseræ computer. However, should you be unsatisfied for any reason, we offer you the option to return most products you purchase directly from Tesseræ.

This policy does not apply to damaged shipments, defective parts, or warranty repairs covered by our 3-year parts, 5-year labor warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

This policy does NOT include shipping, handling and rush service fees. It does not extend to opened software, additional parts/peripherals, special order merchandise, or any custom-made products. Products that have been customized by Tesseræ for the customer, such as cases and side panels, with engraving or skins, will be assessed a restocking fee or not accepted. Products that have been customized/modified by the customer will not be accepted.

Products that have been physically damaged, neglected, or abused by the customer, or if any “void if removed” warranty stickers are removed, cannot be accepted for full refund.
Under no circumstances shall Tesseræ provide a refund amount that exceeds the purchase price of the computer.

You agree to pay a 30% restocking fee (based on the sales price paid by You) for all returned items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the system.

If you cancel or return a product on an order made through a third-party financing provider, You will be responsible for all financing fees incurred by Tesseræ at time of sale and these fees will be deducted from the refund for your order.


To start a return, you can contact us at admin@tesserae.io. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be credited for a refund.

Damages and issues
Always keep the packaging that your product came in. Should you need to return the product, shipping it back in the same packaging will ensure your product will make it back to us safely.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Requests for exchanges cannot be granted at this time.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
